All performances March 12, 2020 through May 30, 2021, have been cancelled. Performances resume again Tuesday, September 14, 2021.
The box office is now open Monday – Saturday from 10am – 6pm ET. The box office will sell tickets for future performances of SIX. The box office will also handle exchanges or refunds for only cash sales that were originally for performances cancelled due to COVID-19 (3/12/20 – 5/30/21).
To request refunds for box office purchases for cancelled performances:
CREDIT CARD PURCHASES
If you paid for tickets with a credit card at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre for performances 3/12/20 – 5/30/21, your refund has been processed and the credit should have appeared on your credit card statement.
If you did not receive a refund as indicated above, it means your credit card is not on file or you may have overlooked the credit issued by your bank. To check on the status of your refund, DO NOT VISIT THE BOX OFFICE, instead, please mail your original tickets to Nederlander Organization, 1501 Broadway, 14th Floor, New York, NY 10036 ATTN: Brooks Atkinson Theatre. When you mail the tickets back, please include the same credit card number along with the expiration date that was used to make the original purchase. Someone will respond to your inquiry within 7-10 business days.
If you paid with cash at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre for performances 3/12/20 – 5/30/21, and you would like a refund, you may visit the box office and present the original tickets for a refund.
Online purchases for cancelled performances:
All online purchases have been refunded. Any customers holding tickets through May 30, 2021, who purchased tickets online that have not received an email should reach out to their point of purchase for information regarding exchanges or refunds.
