Group seating can be available in a range of sections throughout the theatre, including premium locations when offered. We can also accommodate accessible seating requests within your group—just let us know your needs when submitting your request so we can plan accordingly.

Groups will be given one week for each month of advance reservation to pay in full. (e.g. an order placed on May 1st for July 1st is an advance booking of two months, and therefore must be paid within two weeks of order confirmation). Payment due dates subject to change at the sole discretion of the box office.

Group ticket purchases are final sale once payment is received, and we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please review your order details carefully before confirming—show title, performance date/time, ticket quantity, and seating section. Some productions may offer ‘past dating’ when available. If you have questions at any point, your agent is here to help.

Typically, no. However, for certain performances—often weekends, holidays, or other high-demand dates—some productions may not offer group discounts. In those cases, a 10% service fee may apply to the total ticket purchase. Your Coordinator will confirm all fees clearly before you finalize your order. Please note that services fees are collected separately from the ticket payment.

There is no tax on Broadway tickets.

We’re happy to work with school groups and can provide the documentation you need for internal approval. However, we do not accept purchase orders as a form of payment. Final payment must be made by check or credit card. Your Group Sales Coordinator will confirm deadlines and payment steps to keep everything simple and on schedule.
