Ticket Price & Currency
All ticket prices are stated in U.S. dollars. The price listed is the cost of the ticket, including a facility fee. Service fees may be charged on a per-ticket and/or per order basis and will be clearly displayed.
Broadway Direct does not set the prices of the tickets for events. Each Show (the “Show”) is responsible for setting the price of tickets.
All ticket prices displayed are subject to change at any time. Prices are only guaranteed when the tickets are purchased.
Payment Methods
Broadway Direct accepts the following methods of payments which may include, but are not limited to: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club credit and debit cards and Apple Pay.
Credit card transactions require a valid matching photo ID when picking tickets up at Will Call.
Ticket Availability
Tickets are sold through several distribution points, most of which access the same ticket inventory simultaneously. Popular events may sell out quickly, and inventory may not be available for every performance. There also may be periods of time when tickets are made available for an event via another sales channel prior to being made available on Broadway Direct.
Primary Inventory
If you purchase a ticket from Broadway Direct, you are buying directly from the “primary inventory” for the Show which means We work directly with the venue without being managed by a third party.
Ticket Limits
A Show may limit the number of tickets that can be purchased per transaction or within a specified date range (known as a “ticket limit”). In addition to any ticket limits set forth for a specific Show, Broadway Direct has a 20 ticket limit per Show per 1 month period. Show specific ticket limits are posted on the Broadway Direct Show page. Ticket limits may also vary by ticket type and are subject to change. We reserve the right, without notification, to cancel any or all orders found to be in violation of these established ticket limits including orders associated the same customer name, business entity, credit card account, Gift Card account or purchaser, billing address, phone number, IP address, and/or e-mail address, or other information. Additional ticket limits may be imposed by and across other authorized ticket sales channels.
We reserve the right to deny access to tickets and the site if We detect use of a robot, spider, offline reader, site search/retrieval application, automated browser, or other manual or automatic device, tool, or process to retrieve, index, or data mine. Access will be denied to known violators.
Canceled Performances & Changes to Performance Times
In the event a performance has been canceled or the performance time has changed, we will make the best effort to contact you to inform you of the change.
If a performance has been cancelled, you will receive instructions on how to receive a refund for the ticket(s) you have purchased.
Refunds will only be issued back to the original method of payment used for the purchase, including pre-paid debit or credit gift cards.

If you create an account, your account username may not include the name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person, or be offensive, vulgar or obscene. Your account username and password are personal to you. Ticket Transfer Policy
Broadway Direct offers purchasers a way to digitally transfer tickets purchased on Broadway Direct to any person of your choosing using your online Broadway Direct Account subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Broadway Direct’s Ticket Transfer is the safe and easy way to transfer tickets digitally to another person. If you are a Ticket Transfer recipient (“Transferee”), meaning someone you know and trust (“Transferor”) is transferring their tickets to you, you will be able to accept them if you choose to do so.
Once a Transferee accepts a Ticket Transfer, the original ticket(s) held by the Transferor are cancelled/invalidated and new ticket(s) are issued. This means the Transferor’s original tickets are invalid. This is a protection for both parties to avoid duplicate and fraudulent tickets. This is the only recommended way to transfer tickets to another party. Any other method of transfer may result in invalid tickets and Broadway Direct is not responsible.
If a ticket has been transferred multiple times, only the ticket accepted from the most recent transfer will be valid for event entry. All previous tickets will be invalidated and will not be permitted access to the theatre.
The Transferor can only cancel a Ticket Transfer before the Transferee accepts the transfer, not after. The Transferor is responsible for entering the correct email address for their intended Transferee. Broadway Direct is not responsible if the Transferor mistakenly transfers tickets to the wrong Transferee, nor can Broadway Direct reverse, cancel or invalidate a Ticket Transfer after the Transferee has accepted. If the Transferor entered an incorrect or invalid email address, the Transferor should cancel the Ticket Transfer before the Transferee has accepted the tickets.
Please note that Broadway Direct may cancel transferred tickets, at any time, if it is determined that they were obtained fraudulently or otherwise in violation of our policies; therefore, it is important that you know and trust the individual transferring tickets to you before accepting them.
If an event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled or moved, and refunds are approved by Broadway Direct, only the person who purchased the tickets originally from Broadway Direct (“Original Purchaser”) will be eligible for any available refunds or credits. Transferees will not be entitled to any refund issued by Broadway Direct. For more details see below:
For canceled events:
The Original Purchaser will receive any available refund, and no additional action is needed by either the Transferor or the Transferee.
For postponed, rescheduled, or moved events:
Transferees will need to transfer the tickets back to the original purchaser for the Original Purchaser to take advantage of any available refund and/or credit options if the new event dates are not acceptable. Once the tickets have been transferred back to the Original Purchaser, the Original Purchaser will need to contact Broadway Direct customer service to request a refund and/or a credit. Please note that Transferees are not eligible for any available refunds or credits, because the Transferees did not purchase tickets directly from Broadway Direct. If you purchased a resale ticket from some other source (i.e., not through Broadway Direct), and that ticket was then transferred to you, you will need to reach out to your original point of purchase for any refund and/or credit options, if available.
