Broadway Direct: Your Source for Broadway Tickets

Broadway Direct is now the primary ticketing provider for shows playing in the nine Broadway theatres owned and operated by the Nederlander Organization. This change reflects Nederlander’s commitment to serving Broadway and its patrons, powering ticket sales directly from the theatre.

Shows primarily sold by Broadway Direct include long-running Broadway hits Hamilton at the Richard Rodgers Theatre, The Lion King at the Minskoff Theatre, and Wicked at the Gershwin Theatre, along with Broadway favorites from recent years like MJ at the Neil Simon Theatre, Shucked at the Nederlander Theatre, SIX at the Lena Horne Theatre, and the Broadway revival of Sweeney Todd at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre.

Broadway Direct has long been providing Broadway experiences, selling over half a million tickets to theatergoers since its launch. Since the return of Broadway in late 2021, Broadway Direct has expanded, now selling tickets to shows in over 25 Broadway theatres. The ticketing experience on Broadway Direct provides customers the ability to select their seats, whether buying on a desktop or on a mobile device, with the option to easily switch between dates in their search for the perfect ticket.

In addition, Broadway Direct has an already established Customer Service Team made up of passionate and empathetic people who aren’t just words on a computer screen or voices on the other side of the phone — but theatergoers and Broadway lovers, with fingers on the pulse of Broadway and a strong understanding of how to share their knowledge. Our mission at Broadway Direct is to provide guests in our theatres and customers purchasing tickets through us with fast, accurate, and empathetic assistance, no matter what their issue or question.

The Nederlander Organization first launched Broadway Direct in 2011 as a brand dedicated to helping patrons across the country stay connected to every show on Broadway. Broadway Direct brings the latest on Broadway news, behind-the-scenes stories, backstage videos, and expert tips to find your next show. Broadway Direct has since become a major online destination for all things Broadway: ticketing, news, behind-the-scenes access, in-depth interviews, theatre information, NYC guides, and more.
