As previously announced, Emmy, Golden Globe, and SAG Award-winner Jeremy Strong (Succession, Armageddon Time) will star in a new Broadway production of Henrik Ibsen’s thunderous masterwork, An Enemy of the People, in a new adaptation by Tony Award Nominee Amy Herzog, directed by Tony Award Winner Sam Gold.
It was announced today that Emmy and SAG Award winner Michael Imperioli (The White Lotus, The Sopranos) will make his Broadway debut opposite Strong in the upcoming Broadway production.
This strictly limited 16-week engagement playing Broadway’s Circle in the Square Theatre begins performances on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, and opens on Monday, March 18, 2024. Complete casting will be announced at a later date.
Producers Seaview and Patrick Catullo are honored that Academy Award-winning production company Plan B (Brad Pitt, Dede Gardner & Jeremy Kleiner) has joined the lead producing team for this new production of An Enemy of the People, making it the first Broadway show they will produce.
