Lea Michele and Myles Frost to Announce 2023 Tony Award Nominations

The 2023 Tony Awards are almost here and next week the nominees will be revealed! On Tuesday, May 2, Lea Michele and Tony Award winner Myles Frost will announce the nominees for the 76th Annual Tony Awards.

The nominations announcement will air live from Sofitel New York, on the Tony Awards’ official YouTube page at 9 a.m. EST, with a selection of categories being read live on CBS Mornings at 8:30 AM EST. Check Broadway Direct for the full list of nominees directly following the announcement.

Lea Michele is currently starring as Fanny Brice in the Broadway revival of Funny Girl, playing at the August Wilson Theatre through this September. Myles Frost recently completed his run in MJ, receiving a Tony Award for his performance in the musical at the 2022 Tony Awards.

The 76th Annual Tony Awards, from the historic United Palace in New York City’s Washington Heights, will take place on Sunday, June 11, airing live at 8 p.m. EST/5 p.m. PST on the CBS Television Network, and streaming live and on-demand on Paramount+. The ceremony will be hosted by Academy Award winner Ariana DeBose.
