Chambers and Chien Join The Illusionists – Magic of the Holidays

The magic of Broadway’s forthcoming special event The Illusionists – Magic Of The Holidays just upped a few notches. Joining the already announced Chris Cox, who will serve as “The Mentalist”, Paul Dabek as “The Trickster”, Kevin James as “The Inventor”, Hyun Joon Kim as “The Manipulator”, SOS & Victoria Petrosyan as “The Transformationalists,” Enzo Weyne as “The Unforgettable,” as well as the VERBA Shadow Theatre, will be 2019 “America’s Got Talent” Semi-Finalists Dom Chambers and Eric Chien. Producers Simon Painter, Tim Lawson, MagicSpace Entertainment, and The Works Entertainment announced the additions to the cast today.

Chambers and Chien were both seen in the just-ended 14th season of “America’s Got Talent,” wowing millions of viewers worldwide all the way through the competition’s semifinal round last month. Chambers is an internationally award-winning magician and comedian, known for his modern take on magic, his viral internet videos, and artistic live performances. His internet videos have been viewed over 100 million times and his magic has appeared on many of America’s and Australia’s major TV networks. Chien started his magic career as a consultant for the top magician in China in 2016. In 2018, he became the first Asian to ever win the title of FISM World Champion of Close Up Magic Grand Prix, the so-called Olympic games of magic. The next year, he won 2019 “Asia’s Got Talent” Season 3.

The Illusionists – Magic Of The Holidays will play Broadway, settling in for a stint at the Neil Simon Theatre, running from November 29, 2019, through January 5, 2020.
