Now that tickets to see Wicked: For Good in theatres are on sale, the highly anticipated film adaptation of the beloved musical has released a new teaser. Throughout the video, you can hear snippets of songs from the upcoming film, like Jonathan Bailey singing “As Long As You’re Mine” and the new songs added for the movie, “No Place Like Home” and “The Girl in the Bubble.”
The Wicked films are directed by Jon M. Chu, who helmed the highly acclaimed In the Heights film adaptation. The first part of Wicked was released on November 22, 2024, with the second part set to be released on November 21, 2025.
The Wicked movies star Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba, Ariana Grande as Glinda, Jonathan Bailey as Fiyero, Marissa Bode as Nessarose, Ethan Slater as Boq, Jeff Goldblum as The Wizard, and Academy Award winner Michelle Yeoh as Madame Morrible.
