Today the nominations for the 2025 Grammys ceremony were revealed, including the nominees for Best Musical Theater Album.
The nominees for the award this year are the Broadway cast recordings of Hell’s Kitchen, Merrily We Roll Along, The Notebook, The Outsiders, Suffs, and The Wiz.
The nominated cast recordings feature the production’s original cast members with the nominees for the award including Shoshana Bean, Brandon Victor Dixon, Kecia Lewis and Maleah Joi Moon for Hell’s Kitchen, Jonathan Groff, Lindsay Mendez and Daniel Radcliffe for Merrily We Roll Along, Joshua Boone, Brent Comer, Brody Grant and Sky Lakota-Lynch for The Outsiders, Wayne Brady, Deborah Cox, Nichelle Lewis and Avery Wilson for The Wiz.
This year’s Grammy Awards will take place on February 2, 2025, with the winner of Best Musical Theater Album being announced that day.
