Kimberly Akimbo Tickets & Information

Winner of more Tony Awards than any other show this season, Kimberly Akimbo is the Tony Award-winning Best Musical about growing up and growing old — in no particular order.

After its world premiere production at the Atlantic Theater Company, where it opened to rave reviews, Kimberly Akimbo comes to Broadway this fall. Named “Best New Musical of the Year” (Time Magazine, New York Magazine, Time Out New York), Kimberly Akimbo features a book and lyrics by Pulitzer Prize winner DAVID LINDSAY-ABAIRE, music by Tony winner JEANINE TESORI and direction by Outer Critics Circle Award winner JESSICA STONE. The New York Times calls it “a powerful new musical – funny and moving.”

Kim (Tony winner VICTORIA CLARK) is a bright and funny Jersey teen, who happens to look like a 72-year-old lady. And yet her aging disease may be the least of her problems. Forced to maneuver family secrets, borderline personalities, and possible felony charges, Kim is determined to find happiness in a world where not even time is on her side.

Winner! 5 Tony Awards including Best Musical.
