Who is hosting the 2026 Tony Awards?
It was announced that music superstar and global icon P!NK will host the 2026 Tony Awards. P!NK is a Grammy, Emmy, and Billboard Music Award-winning singer, songwriter, and activist. Her music is featured in two current Broadway productions — “Raise Your Glass” in Moulin Rouge! The Musical and “F**kin’ Perfect” in & Juliet.
Last year’s ceremony was hosted by Cynthia Erivo.
Who will perform at the 2026 Tony Awards?
The companies of the seven Best Musical and Best Revival of a Musical nominees will perform at the 79th Annual Tony Awards.
Broadway’s biggest night will include performances from The Lost Boys, Schmigadoon!,Titanique, Two Strangers (Carry a Cake Across New York), Cats: The Jellicle Ball, Ragtime and Richard O’Brien’s The Rocky Horror Show.
It was also announced that the original cast of The Book of Mormon will reunite for a performance, including Tony Award nominees Josh Gad, Andrew Rannells and Rory O’Malley and Tony Award winner Nikki M. James, to celebrate the show’s 15th anniversary on Broadway. The performance will be introduced by The Book of Mormon’s Tony Award-winning creators, Trey Parker, Matt Stone and Robert Lopez.
Who are the nominees for the 2026 Tony Awards?
Nominations for the 2026 Tony Awards were announced on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. The Tony Awards eligibility cut-off date for the 2025-2026 season was Sunday, April 26, 2026 for all Broadway productions which meet all other eligibility requirements.
