It’s good to see them! Kristin Chenoweth visited Idina Menzel at Redwood at the Nederlander Theatre to see her star in the new Broadway musical. Chenoweth surprised Menzel and the audience after the show with a performance of “For Good” from Wicked, the musical the two Tony winners originally starred in together.
The performance served as an auction opportunity for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids in their spring fundraising efforts. Two lucky audience members donated $8,000 each, for a total of $16,000, to join the cast on-stage for the song, and later go backstage to meet the company.
