Watch Now: Wicked‘s First Rehearsal Post-Shutdown

One short day in the Emerald City is not so far now with Wicked resuming performances at the Gershwin Theatre September 14. The cast of the blockbuster musical reentered the rehearsal room after being apart since March 2020, preparing to bring the beloved musical back to the stage.

It was recently announced that Lindsay Pearce and Ginna Claire Mason will lead the cast as everyone’s favorite pair of witches. The cast will also feature Alexandra Billings as Madame Morrible (Kathy Fitzgerald will play the role from September 14 through September 26), Michael McCormick as The Wizard, Sam Gravitte as Fiyero, Riley Costello as Boq, Mili Diaz as Nessarose, and Michael X. Martin as Doctor Dillamond with standbys Jennifer DiNoia (Elphaba) and Brittney Johnson (Glinda).
