Broadway in Bryant Park Continues

What better way to spend a summer afternoon than basking in the sunshine and enjoying a Broadway show tune or two? You can do just that on Thursday, July 26th when Broadway in Bryant Park features its next free concert. Performed live on the green of Broadway’s historic Bryant Park, the annual concert series boasts talent from Broadway and Off-Broadway’s greatest talent.

This week, the casts of the Tony-winning Best Musical Kinky Boots (featuring a score by Cyndi Lauper) will be in the park, as well as the this year’s Tony-winning Best Musical, The Band’s Visit (score by David Yazbek). Also on the green will be performances from the inspirational Broadway musical Come From Away, as well as by the Atlantic Theatre Company’s This Ain’t No Disco.

This week’s performance is hosted by 106.7 LIFE FM’s Bob Bronson and Christine Nagy and pre-show “VITALY: An Evening of Wonders.” Audience members should arrive at 11:30 AM and enjoy the pre-show entertainment. The concert commences at 12:30 PM.

Broadway in Bryant Park is a highly-anticipated, annual lunchtime theatre summer series.
