DPAC Suspends Productions

In response to prohibitions on large events by the State of North Carolina and City of Durham, DPAC has suspended all public events through April 30, 2020.

Please note The Blue Cross NC Ticket Center will also be closed for in-person sales now through April 30, 2020 and our Call Center is operating under limited hours.

We’re always open online at DPACnc.com for ticket purchases, event updates and more.

  • See below for affected events at DPAC. Refunds will be issued automatically to cancelled events.
  • Postponed events are events we are working to reschedule and we encourage buyers to wait and see if the rescheduled dates will work for them before requesting refunds. Refunds will be made if the rescheduled date is not satisfactory to you.

RESCHEDULED EVENTS

The following events have been rescheduled.  Your tickets for the original performance are valid for this new date – no exchange necessary.  If you have any questions, please e-mail us at [email protected].

Ticket buyers will be automatically refunded for cancelled events.  No action is needed to initiate your refund.

  • American Ballet Theatre (ABT) Giselle: March 26-29
    • Special note: For American Ballet Theatre fans, Duke Performances hopes to reschedule these performances in 2021 or 2022.
  • Chicago: May 6
  • Triangle Rising Stars 10th Annual Showcase and Awards: May 28
  • TASTE 2020 Presents Grand Taste Experience: June 28

In response to the Executive Order from North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper prohibiting mass gatherings of more than 100 people, DPAC has suspended all public events through April 12, 2020

If you’d like to request a refund, click here. You will receive an email confirmation when your request is completed.  We are experiencing higher than average e-mail and call volumes and expect to process your request in 10-14 business days.

PENDING EVENTS

Pending events currently remain scheduled for their original dates and could play as scheduled if the prohibitions against mass gatherings are lifted. At the same time, we are also diligently working to reschedule these performances until later in the year. No action is needed at this time and buyers will be contacted with updates as soon as possible.
