Mayor Bill de Blasio, in a press conference Thursday morning, announced plans to bring Broadway and Off-Broadway back.
Among these plans are new vaccination sites for the Broadway industry and mobile sites for Off-Broadway workers, pop-up COVID testing sites by theatres, and developing plans to manage crowds before and after shows.
“It’s time to raise the curtain and bring Broadway back,” de Blasio said.
The show must go on! Broadway is coming back and New York City is ready. Join us at City Hall. https://t.co/CYUeqJMMNg
