Broadway in Bryant Park Commences with McPhee, SpongeBob, and More

Broadway in Bryant Park, the exciting series of summer concerts aimed at the Broadway lover in us all, will commence with its first event this Thursday, July 12. Audiences are encouraged to begin arriving on the lawn in Bryant Park at 11:00 AM with a 12:00 PM start time. On-hand to host the event will be iHeartMedia’s 106.7 LITE FM’s Little Red Hen.

Fans of the audience favorite Waitress will be excited to know that Katherine McPhee will be live, singing from the Sara Bareilles score. The event will also feature performances from the long-running Broadway revival of Chicago, the Off-Broadway sensation Stomp, and the Drama Desk winner for Best Musical SpongeBob SquarePants: The Musical.

Broadway in Bryant Park is a highly-anticipated, annual lunchtime theatre summer series. The 2018 program brings the best of Broadway together for FREE performances for six consecutive weeks. 106.7 LITE FM’s Broadway in Bryant Park invites participants to soak up the summer sun while enjoying musical numbers from hit productions and Tony Award-winning shows.
