This upcoming Broadway season will see two Jamie Lloyd revivals fresh off of London’s West End. The real kicker? Both productions will be housed at the Winter Garden Theatre.

It was previously announced that Much Ado About Nothing and Evita will be receiving Broadway transfers this season, both under the award-winning direction of Jamie Lloyd. Lloyd was last seen taking Broadway by storm with his Tony Award-winning revival of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Sunset Blvd. during the 2024-2025 season, and last season with Waiting for Godot starring Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter. Now, after a wildly successful year across the pond, he returns to NYC this fall with two more revivals in tow.

A revival of Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing will be first up during the Lloyd residency for a strictly limited 10-week engagement with preview performances beginning Saturday, October 31 ahead of a Thursday, November 19 official opening night. The show will close on January 10, 2027. Then, following a short break, the Winter Garden will re-open for Evita with preview performances beginning on February 27, 2027, with an official opening night of March 25, 2027. Tickets for Evita are currently on sale through November of 2027.
